How are we different?

1) We offer a modular solution to implementing Healthcare IT. Each module is department centric. This allows us to adjust and tailor the "flow" to the department's work practices without affecting other departments. You can't have one department dictating or affecting the flow of another unnecessarily without causing a lot of friction and resentment. This affects "buy in" of the end-users and increases the likelihood that an implementation will fail. We implement incrementally, one department at a time, to bring everyone on-board by demonstrating success within the facility. Can you still run into issues? Sure, but they can be controlled and addressed by a strong implementation team, cooperation, and good communications .

2) Aside from low-level programmer's tools, we write 100% of our applications internally (right here in the USA) ; we don't contract out work to offshore companies and we don't add capabilities by purchasing them from another vendor. The result is that our applications are designed to work together from concept to implementation.
